We are a resilient tapestry of farmers, market traders, youth, and households in Juba bound by a singular vision: turning mutual trust into enduring economic independence and community prosperity.

The Bazi Community Group (BCG) is an indigenous, grassroots socioeconomic organization rooted in Juba, Central Equatoria State, South Sudan. Operating directly among households in Juba, BCG was founded to address structural economic vulnerabilities through organized cooperation.

Our membership brings together local farmers, market vendors, small business operators, and youth from across Juba. By pooling our resources through structured monthly contributions and disciplined savings models, we create an internal financial cushion that provides accessible capital and health support for our community when needed most.
